Ingredients
- 1/2 head cauliflower clumps, cut florettes and slice
- 2 carrots 2" strips
- 2 celery 1" strips
- green pepper 2" pieces
- 4 oz pimentos
- 2 oz olives (or skip pimentos and use 6 oz olives)
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 TB sugar
- t salt
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to a boil: wine vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper. Pour over the other ingredients.
