beef enchiladas

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 envelope lawrys beef burrito
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • cheese
  • sour cream, lettuce, tomatos, onion

Preparation

Step 1

place meat, stock, and seas envelope in pressure cooker; secure lid set to meat and timer for 1 hr

when complete shred meat

sprinkle each tortilla with cheese and meat roll up place in casserole dish pour enchilada sauce over them and top with cheese

bake in 350 oven for 30 min

garnish with lettuce, tomatos, and sour cream
