PLACE ON RACK OF PRESSURE COOKER. ADD WATER AND IGREDIENTS PRESSURE ROCK SLOWLY FOR 45 MINUTES, LET PRESSURE DROP. REMOVE SKIN, SLICE BUT IN LIQUID AND SERVE.
