  • Olive oil

  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Directions
  • First drain the chickpeas. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt and cayenne. Then arrange the chickpeas on a shallow-sided cookie sheet in a single layer and roast at 400°F for about 1 hour. Shake the pan a few times during cooking.
