Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Bacon, finely chopped
- 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Lb. Cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and set aside. Add onion to bacon grease and stir until translucent. Add cabbage, salt and pepper and sprinkle with sugar. Stir until cabbage is coated. Add diced bacon, cover and cook over low heat until cabbage is tender.
