Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce
- pinch garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 lb backfin crabmeat, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay
Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, working with a wire whisk, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt. Whisk until creamy and smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. With a rubber spatula fold in crabmeat.
Preheat oven to 350F. Greas 1 Cup Casserole. Pour in crab mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and old bay seasoning. Bake 30 minutes or until dip is bubbly.
