Ingredients

    8 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/2

    Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2

    Cup Milk

  • 3

    Tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2

    Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1

    Tablespoon Worchestershire Sauce

  • pinch garlic

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons dry mustard

  • 1/2

    cup grated cheese

  • 1/2

    lb backfin crabmeat, drained

  • 1/2

    teaspoon old bay

Directions

In large mixing bowl, working with a wire whisk, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt. Whisk until creamy and smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. With a rubber spatula fold in crabmeat. Preheat oven to 350F. Greas 1 Cup Casserole. Pour in crab mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and old bay seasoning. Bake 30 minutes or until dip is bubbly.
