Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- salt
- 2 bunches kale cut into bit size pieces
- 2 cups lentils from a can drained
- 2 cups shredded chicken
Preparation
Step 1
in skillet heat oil add onion and thyme leaf season with salt and pepper. Cook till iniion is softned,Add kale and cook till kale is tender or wilted. Transfer to a med bowl.Add 1 tbs oil and lentils to skillet season. Cook stirring till warmed. Add to kake and toss ,top with chicken
