Ingredients
- 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1 lb medium cooked shrimp
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 C (2oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 C halved yellow cherry tomatoes
- 4 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine hot pasta, shrimp and remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
