Crawfish Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal (plain)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs 1/2 pound grated sharp chedder cheese
  • 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pkg crawfish tails

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients as listed in large mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly. Pour ingredients into lightly greased iron skillet .

bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
