Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal (plain)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 eggs 1/2 pound grated sharp chedder cheese
- 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 pkg crawfish tails

Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients as listed in large mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly. Pour ingredients into lightly greased iron skillet .
bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
