Ingredients
- 1 box raspberry jello
- 1 box lemon jello
- 4 cups liquid
- 2 cups ground cranberries (1 lb pkg) (When
- using frozen cut the liquid down to 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups chopped celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 4 cups liquid including the pineapple juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the sugar, lemon and raspberry jello to
the four cups of HEATED liquid (pineapple juice
and water)until jello and sugar are dissolved.
Add the ground cranberries, celery, walnuts and
pineapple to the jello. When using frozen
cranberries, cut the liquid down to three cups.
Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate until
congealed. Very good
