Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (browned and crumbled)
  • ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or swiss)
  • Sage or unseasoned bread crumbs (approximate ¾ - 1 cup)
  • 7-8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Sparsely spread cubes in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread cubes. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onion powder in a separate bowl, mix well. Pour over sausage mixture and let set over night. Bake at 375F for 45 mins.
