Sausage and Egg Casserole
Great for breakfast.
- 1 lb sausage (browned and crumbled)
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or swiss)
- Sage or unseasoned bread crumbs (approximate ¾ - 1 cup)
- 7-8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper
- Onion powder
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 65mins
Sparsely spread cubes in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread cubes. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onion powder in a separate bowl, mix well. Pour over sausage mixture and let set over night. Bake at 375F for 45 mins.
