Ingredients
- Garlic & Rosemary Marinated Grilled chicken
- 1 jar Five Brothers mushroom & garlic grill pasta sauce
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- ¼ cup crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – about 1 ¼ #
- 6 oz fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Marinade:
Blend 1 cup pasta sauce, vinegars, rosemary and red pepper flakes.
In large shallow non aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour marinade over chicken, turn to coat. Cover dish or close bag and marinate up to 3 hours
Discard marinade, and grill chicken
Heat remaining sauce. To serve – arrange chicken on fettuccine and spoon sauce over chicken and pasta
Serve with grilled vegetables:
Zucchini, bell peppers and onions. Cut in ¼ in. thick slices. Brush with olive oil and grill until tender
