Pumpkin cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • Icing
  • 1 (4 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In Bowl beat together eggs,sugar,oil and pumpkin until light and Fluffy. In separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix through. Spread 13 x 9 pan.Bake at 325' for 25 to 30 minutes.
Icing
Cream, crm cheese with butter
Stir in vanilla, add powdered sugar a little at a time. Bent until mixture is smooth, spread on cooled cake
