Eileen's Tuna Macaroni Salad

NOTE THAT THIS HAS TO CHILL AT LEAST 3 HOURS AFTER YOU PREPARE IT BEFORE YOU CAN EAT IT, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Macaroni shells
  • 3 cups Cheddar cubed or shredded
  • 3 cans Tuna white or lightdrained
  • 3/8 cup Onion minced no extra
  • 1 Or use 1 t onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 Garlic cloves crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni as directed on package.

Drain and rinse in cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked, drained macaroni with the cheese, tuna, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Stir together thoroughly.


COVER AND CHILL AT LEAST THREE HOURS!
