Mom's Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 3 Tablespoons flour
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 5 eggs

Preparation

Heat until melted and liquid. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or golden brown.
