Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip dressing
  • 1 package (40 g) vegetable dry soup mix
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 2/3 cup parmesan grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped drained canned water chestnuts
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with addional sliced green onions, if desired. Serve with crackers.

EXTRA SPECIAL:

Service dip with toasted bread cutouts. To make cutous, place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake in 350 F oven 10 minutes or until toasted on both sides, turning after 5 minutes. Use small cookie cutters to cut toast into desired shapes. Store in resealable plastic bags at room temperature until ready to use.
