- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- enough flour to handle potato mixture
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mashed potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir in enough flour to handle dough. Shape into patties. Melt butter in skillet and preheat; place patties in skillet on medium heat. Brown on both sides.
