Ingredients
- 1 tbl dried basil
- 1 tbl garlic salt
- 1 tbl dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 1/2 dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 pork tenderloin medallions (1 lb) pounded thin
- cooking spray or 1 tbl olive oil and 1 tbl butter
Preparation
Step 1
olive oil and butter in pan
rub pork with rub on both sides
place in pan for 4 - 5 minutes per side
place in 300F oven to keep warm until all cooked
serve over garlic smashed potatoes
