Chocolate Cherry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Devil's Food cake mix
• 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 2 beaten eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the above but don't beat. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frosting: In a medium saucepan, Combine:
1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup milk, 1 stick margarine
Bring these three ingredients to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of Chocolate Chips, stirring until smooth. Pour over cooled cake.
