Ingredients
- 4 slices of Bacon
- 2 lbs of Brussel Sprouts / trimmed and halved
- 3/4 C Chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 C whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet brown bacon and drain.
Reserve 2 T of grease.
Add sprouts and cook 5 minutes.
Add broth and salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Uncover and cook 4 minutes until liquid nearly evaporates.
Add cream stir while thickening.
Add in bacon and more pepper to taste.
