Ingredients
- 4 cups raw rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar or a little more
- 6 tablespoons flour
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well rhubarb, sugar and flour, dot generously with butter. Let stand an hour.
Fill pie crust and cover.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
It needs to bubble good in the middle.
