Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) pkg of wide- egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves/minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 box of cooked chopped frozen spinach
- 2 C shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 large egg /beaten
- 2 C Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare noodles.
cook beef & garlic & salt & pepper.
Stir in sauce & Italian seasoning.
Combine spinach & monterey jack & sour cream & egg.
Fold in noodles. Put in pan and add sprinkle with 1/2 Parmesan cheese. op with beef mixture & remaining cheese.
Bake 350* for 40 min
