Ingredients
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 2 cups broth
- 1 cup milk
- 10 slices bacon, crumbled
- 12 potatoes cut 1/4 inch slices
- 1 cup cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Cook cream cheese, broth, milk in saucepan and heat until cream cheese is melted and boils, stir with whisk. Place 1/2 potatoes onions and bacon in a 13x9 dish. Add cream cheese sauce, cover and bake 1 & 1/2 hrs until top is golden brown. Uncover and top with cheese remaining and bacon for the last 10 minutes.
