Company Potatoes (Hash Browns)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lbs Frozen hash browns
  • 1 pint sour crem
  • TOPPING
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

saute butter and onion until transparent. Add soup, potatoes and sour cream. Mix together thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into a greased 9x13pan.
Combine cheese and corn flakes. Spread over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
