Ingredients
- 6 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 1 cup broccoli flowerets - frozen or fresh
- 2 T butter or margarine
- 1 # skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cube
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine and broccoli – combine.
In skillet, melt butter and cook chicken until brown
Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and fettuccine mixture and cook through, stirring often
