Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 bottle fruit pectin
  • 1 pkg. powder pectin
  • 3/4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Put strawberries through sieve. Stir in sugar to dissolve. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in 1/2 bottle of pectin and stir for 3 minutes. Pour. Mix powder pectin with 3/4 c. water. Boil 1 minute, stir constantly. Add berries and sugar until hot. Mix. Stir 3 minutes. Pour. Let stand overnight.
