Vegetable Green beans, garlicky

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. green beans
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Trim tough ends from beans but leave whole
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil
Add beans and cook until just tender; about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Return to saucepan; sprinkle with garlic, garlic salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, place saucepan over low heat; add oil, stir well and cook until heated through.
