Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 c lt mayo
  • 1/4 c 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper
  • 12 oz frozen artichoke, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400˚
Coat 3-c gratin dish with cooking spray
Place garlic & green onion in food processor; process until chopped
Add Parm, mayo, cr ch, lemon juice & red pepper; process until almost smooth
Stir in artichoke hearts. Spoon mix into dish. Bake for 15 min
