Ingredients
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 to 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat
- frozen vegetables (peas, green beans, etc), if desired
- roux (1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in dutch oven. Cover and cook until potatoes and meat are fully cooked. Add frozen vegetables, if using, and mix in the roux to thicken.
