  • maranaid for cod-oil, wine and garlic not longer then 30-45 min or you'll cook the fish
  • -white wine,butter
  • mofletta topping-olives, garlic, red peper, olive oil, pamento paste

marinade the cod, no longer then30-45 min. cook fish at moderate heat skin side up. when cooked deglaze pan with wine and when butter. mix topping ingredients together and heat only slightly in pan with deglaze wine and butter. top fish and hit it with a little S&P
