Ingredients
- 2 lbs brussel sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hot or regular curry powder
- coarse salt
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
toss brussel sprouts with oil and curry
Spread on foil lined baking sheet
Sprinkle with sea salt
roast until browned in spots, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl, top with 2 tsp lemon zest and 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
