Ingredients
- 1/3 c chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1-6oz can crabmeat, drained & flaked
- 1/4 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp drained capers
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In med skillet, cook sweet red pepper, onion and garlic in hot butter over med heat for about 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in crab meat, lemon peel, lemon juice, capers, fennel seeds and black pepper. Makes 1 1/4 cups of filling.
