Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- season to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and thoroughly rise chickpeas, then dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil roast in 375 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes. Season with salt or other seasoning, to taste.
*Note: This recipe could also be made with dried chickpeas if you prefer not to use canned beans. Soak and cook according to package directions.
