Ingredients

  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (15oz) container whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz ziti, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg. (16oz) whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sauce and ricotta cheese. Toss ziti, sauce mixture, 3 cups mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until thoroughly heated.
