Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 4-6oz. each
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp.soya sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, and brush with the marinade on the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 min. or overnight.
Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7-8
minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and serve.
