Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 ear of corn, husked
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T lime juice
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
- Place tomatoes and corn on grill – high heat – cook until charred
- Dice tomato, cut kernels off corn and combine with remaining ingredients
