Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. water
Preparation
Step 1
Crack 6 eggs into the middle of 4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt that are in a bowl. Use hands to pinch eggs into the flour.
Add up to 2 Tbs. water. Knead about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Cover dough with another bowl or plate and let dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Roll out dough into a 14-inch circle. Leave for 30 minutes.
Roll up like a jelly roll and then cut. Separate the noodles and let dry.
