Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 cups fresh peaches(peeled and sliced)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tabls. cornstarch
- 1/2 teasp. cinnamon
- 1/2 teasp. grated lemon zest
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten (for crust)
- 1 tabls. sugar (for crust)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix blueberries and peaches. In a small bowl combine sugar, cornstarch,cinnamon, and lemon zest. Fold into fruit.
Pour into prepared pie crust. Lattice top of pie.
Cover edge of crust with aluminum foil. Bake foe 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
