Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 10-14 oz. Pork tenderloins
- ½ cup rosemary needles
- 2 Tbs. Kosher salt
- 2 Tbs. Ground Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs. minced garlic
- Sauce:
- ½ cup grainy mustard
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- ¼ cup Port or red wine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade together and spread over pork for about 24 hours. Grill pork for 15 – 17 minutes. For sauce combine ingredients in saucepan, cook over medium heat until apricot is melted.
