Brown Sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix wet ingredients together well. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips if desired.

Bake in loaf pans that have had bottoms only, greased.

Bake about 40 minutes for 2 loaves or 50 minutes to one hour for 1
