Chicken Skillet and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 lb pkg Green Giant American Mixtures frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
  • 1 10 ¾ oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 TB water
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 – 3 cups hot cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chicken and onion over medium-high heat until chicken is browned, stirring occasionally.

Add vegetables, soup, and water. Mix well. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 8 – 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
