Horseradish Cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1/2 c horseradish
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk cream in medium bowl until thickened but not yet holding stiff peaks, about 1-2 min.
Fold in rest of ingredients
Refrigerate 30 min to 1 hr
