Ingredients
- Dry Rub
- 1 tbsp cajun spice
- 1 tsp thyme
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp cracked plack pepper
- Beef Rib Sauce
- -1 bottle commercial barbeque sauce
- - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- - 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Splash of hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
- cook ribs on low heat for 2-3 hours, either foil wrapped in your barbeque or in the oven
- during last 20-30 mins of cooking, baste frquently with the beef rib sauce, serve with any remaining sauce. (If preparing ribs int he oven, I like to boost the heat in the oven when basting to get a nice caramilization of the sauce on the ribs)
