Ingredients
- • 1 pie crust
- • 1 cup sugar
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • ½ tsp ginger
- • ¼ tsp nutmeg
- • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- • ½ tsp salt
- • 2 large eggs
- • 1 ¾ cup pumpkin
- • 1 ½ cup evap milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, cinn, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt. In a large bowl beat two eggs. Stir in the pumpkin and then the sugar mix, mixing well. Stir in the evap milk until mixed. Pour into pie crust bake 350 for 40 min.
