Raspberry Puree

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz. packages of frozen sweetened raspberries
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. raspberry liqueur

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw berries, combine all ingredients and puree in a food processor until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine strainer or food mill into a bowl. If unsweetened, add light corn syrup. If you want it a litte thicker, use corn starch.
