Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings (or breasts)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. MSG
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. Cover chicken with sauce and marinade one hour, turning frequently.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn every 20 minutes.

Serve with fried rice.
