Tippin's Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 c yellow cornmeal
• 1 c flour
• 4 t baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c melted butter
• 1 c milk
• 1 pkg Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake per directions. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 X 13 and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
